If your GlassTop is broken/cracked or does not respond to the stylus but you can still see the display, then you most likely need this item. If you cannot see the display or the display has black stuff on it, then you may need both the GlassTop and LCD panel.

Digitizer and LCD Module is attached to the LCD Module via a quick disconnect
as shown here, you can use this part. |

If the ribbon cable interconnecting the
Digitizer and LCD Module is soldered to the LCD Module as shown here, you
need to replace both the LCD Module and Digitizer. This is the wrong part!
