This a NEW Digitizer (GlassTop). This item does not include the LCD panel (Screen). If your GlassTop is broken/cracked or does not respond to the stylus but you can still see the display, then you most likely need this item. If you cannot see the display or the display has black suff on it, then you may need both the GlassTop and LCD panel.
This service assumes a US shipping address and all you need is to have the digitizer (glass top) replaced.
Most repairs are completed the same day the PDA is received.
Shipping Instructions
- Carefully pack your unit and send it via insured
priority mail to the address below.
- Do not include the cradle manuals
or software.
- Include your return address and contact number
with the unit.
- Send us an email to confirm that the unit has been
shipped so we know to look for it.
