This policy applies only to items purchased directly from our web site "PerformancePDA.com"
PerformancePDA will only accept items that have been approved for return by PerforformancePDA
prior to shipment.
Since we sell a wide variety of products, all returns are handled on a case
by case basis.
PDA Screens, digitizers, motherboards and batteries that are found to be defective
within the 30 day warranty period may be returned for exchange of the same item
or refund at our sole discretion. An RMA must be obtained prior to shipment
of the defective item. Some items may not be returned.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting PerformancePDA
at Returns@performancePDA.com.
The Return Authorization Number must be included with the item(s) you are returning.
All item(s) returned without prior authorization will be sent back to you at
your expense.
You must complete and return the Return Form.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date..
All items returned to PerformancePDA for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking
fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Shipping charges associated with returns, for any reason, is the sole responsibility
of the sender. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
Products that are returned to PerformancePDA not qualifying for refund or credit
will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns that been opened, damaged or used in any way, will be returned to you
at your expense.
*An item is defined as used if it has been opened. Inspect all items received
from PerformancePDA carefully for damage upon receipt and prior to opening it.
